Choose TWO distilleries from the list below:
Between our distilleries tours we have a light lunch at the distillery cafe at either Glenlivet or Glenfiddich. Leaving Speyside we travel back through wonderful scenery and enjoy the stunning views of the East Highlands on our return to Inverness.
If you have a favourite Speyside whisky distillery we can try and arrange a tour there instead - we also visit Benromach, Aberlour, Cragganmore, Cardhu and Glenfarclas. For Balvenie distillery early advance booking is required due to very limited spaces and tours are only on weekdays.
Please note that Glenlivet is closed from early November to mid-March and Macallan is closed on Sundays (all-year) and on Saturdays (October to March). We may suggest an alternative distillery based on your tour date.
During the summer months most distilleries have a ‘silent season’ when there is no whisky production for a number of weeks. Distillery tours still operate as normal but without production in the background. 2017 dates for silent season for Glenlivet were from early June to late July; for Glenfiddich were from mid-June to early July; and for Macallan were most of July. Please note that 2018 dates should be relatively similar but are subject to change by the distilleries.
Please note that this tour is not suitable for children (under 18s).
