Tour Summary

Tariff price is for the Total and Exclusive hire of the vehicle based on 4 passengers. For a 5th passenger please add a £125  supplement.

Experience the beauty of the Isle of Lewis with a day trip from Inverness. After a drive to Ullapool, we take a ferry trip to Stornoway where will we spend over 5 hours exploring the island. Marvel at the Calanias Standing Stones and the ancient Dun Carloway Broch. Experience Hebridean living of the past, with a visit to a traditional blackhouse. Learn about the Gaelic way of life with all its fascinating culture and traditions.

The tour covers 180 miles and 2 ferry sailings (with great views from the ferry), but the itinerary has lots of stops for  hot drinks, lunch, WC breaks and of course the views and attractions! (Don't forget a camera). Please come equipped with a waterproof jacket and strong shoes to enjoy the  experience in comfort.

Tours depart promptly at times stated. Fares quoted do not include meals and entrance fees. Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance. We regret we do not accept children under 5 years of age. Ferry crossings are weather permitting.

In the event of a ferry sailing cancellation or delay we cannot be held responsible for any accommodation, meals or other costs you may incur. (Please note cancellations are very rare in the summer season).
