The tour to the Clan Donald Centre begins at Inverness where we follow the banks of Loch Ness down past Urquhart Castle. After a stop for photos we head along through Glen Moriston on the way to Glen Shiel and the five sisters of Kintail mountain range. The magnificent Loch Duich awaits us at the foot of the hills where we see the stunning Eilean Donan Castle.
We take time discover Eilean Donan Castle’s historic past and enjoy a coffee stop

After a brief visit to Kyle of Lochalsh near the Skye bridge we then begin our journey back to Inverness taking a different route back after we cross back over the Skye Bridge. Along the way we have stops at the stunning Loch Carron and Achnasheen before we arrive back in Inverness in the early evening.
This tour is very similar to the Isle of Skye Discovery Tour but we spend less time at Eilean Donan Castle and concentrate more of the day on the Clan Donald Centre, Armadale Castle, Gardens and the Museum of the Isles.
